Payment must be recieved and cleared before an order ships.

I cannot hold an animal without recieving payment, or an agreed upon deposit.

I will do payment plans with a 20% non-refundable deposit. E-mail or call me about an animal before sending any payment. I am very flexible with payment plans, but I need to be stricter about the follow through on all arranged plans. If you will have an issue making the payments as planned, let me know ASAP so we can figure out other arrangements. I will no longer hold snakes indefinitely while scheduled payment dates come and go with no contact.

Prices do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise noted.

I accept payments made by credit card through Paypal, and money orders.

All live orders come with a 24 hour health guaranty as long as you are
there to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt.

I will only ship out animals when the temperature is between 45°F - 90°F,
and I will include a new insulated shipping box, and hot or cold packs when
the temperatures are not ideal. Please notify me by email as soon as you receive and inspect your order to let me know that everything arrived healthy, or in good condition for incubators, or to let me know of any problems.
